Location was quiet and very relaxing with a nice area to sit outside. Nice landscaping with lots of greenery, trees, nature, plants, flowers... made you feel out of the city yet close to the highway and driving range of everything we loved and needed to do. We went to the riverwalk, Henry ford museum, was near alot of places to eat. Breakfast was very good every morning, we stayed a little over a week and every morning it was something different with a wide variety and well rotated. 24/7 coffee available. They had 2 comfortable sitting areas to watch tv downstairs with couches, fireplace.. there were older kids sitting at the bigger table playing board games. Large comfortable sitting area for eating breakfast, with option for real plates and silverware if wanted. They do have an elevator. Did not go swimming but the area did look nice. Staff was very friendly and always greeted you with a smile. Daily room service was spot on! Free parking! I couldn't believe that some places actually charge you to park on top of paying for your room?!

There were some glitches with the facility; the pool was closed for a day unexpectedly for deep cleaning and the elevator was broken for an evening. The elevator wouldn't go to the top floor causing me to walk up a flight of stairs when I have mobility issues. I had planned on doing more that evening but since I have a mobility impairment, I stayed in my room instead.

Everything. The room was way better than anticipated. There's a living room with a couch that folds out into a bed and a recliner and a flat screen TV along with a desk and mini fridge and a microwave. Then you have your roomy bathroom and then through the other door is a huge master bedroom equipped with a huge TV and king size bed. Hot tub was excellent as well as the pool and the breakfast is unlike any hotel I've been too. Eggs sausage waffles juice cereal bagels donuts muffins coffee you name it they have it. Best bang for your buck around.

We were in Novi visiting our Daughter who has just moved to Michigan . Ahmed was the one who checked us in . He was so kind and welcoming , I asked him if it was ok for our daughter and her boyfriend to come visit he said no problem and also upgraded my room so we could be more comfortable visiting . I think that is the sweetest most kind thing he could have done for us . Also our room was very Clean and comfortable. Will definitely come back when we visit again. !!

The King Suite Room was excellent. The King bed was great! Loved the layout and that it had a door to separate the two rooms. The place was clean and the breakfast buffet was more than most places.

Facility was clean and parking well lit...staff helpful and friendly...lobby /lounge extremely pleasant and convenient for awaiting pickup, and for meeting friends...lobby coffee/tea/cookies and fruit were a nice touch...room was quiet...breakfast and breakfast area well organized...always well stocked.
